The subjects covered range from espresso tasting to comparative analysis of single origins and classic Italian blends.
An individual course can serve as consultancy on company blends, or it can be specifically tailored for company employees.
Participants enrich their knowledge and experence, and at the end of the course they receive the Italian Coffee Accedemy diploma.
Training is geared to expert roasters but the courses are also for espresso beginners. Both groups will find the Coffee Academy an excellent consultant for all themes relating to Italian coffee.
