Courses are given in English and Italian at our headquarters in Via Rossini 14,
Trieste. The schedule is as follows:

Morning
9.30 AM - 1.00 PM      

Afternoon
2.30 PM - 5.30 PM

The fee for participating includes lunch and the taster's kit. The fee does
not include accomodation; however, our administrative office can assist you
in making necessary arrangements for hotel reservation.
