The authors are the biologist and photographer Fulvio Eccardi and the Trieste - based coffee importer Vincenzo Sandalj.
Through 240 pages, with over 300 photographs and the illustrations, they trace the entire life of coffee, from the very beginnings of the plant in Central and Eastern Africa, to its later spread to Asia and the Americas, to its journey to consumers day.
