Cultivation: around 200 smallholder farmers for a total of 80 hectares
Harvest: hand-picked between March and June
Process: Fully Washed with 16 hour fermentation, then sun-dried and manually selected

Velvety mouthfeel, with a strong fragrance of citrus and jasmine flowers. Notes of mature lemon and candied cider, accompany Muscat grapes into a persistent spicy aftertaste.
