Juan purchased Finca El Ventiadero over 40 years ago when it was a multicrop farm that grew fruit and vegetables. The family converted it to coffee and renovated an abandoned beneficio they'd found on the property. With access to the beneficio, they started experimenting with processing coffee, and this lots is one of those successful experiments.

Medium-bodied with delicate sweet notes of ripe blueberries and an acidity reminiscent of lemon balm and lime. The aftertaste has a hint of gentian.
